War Hero pack
The War Hero pack is a DLC which you get when you pre-order the game from Gamestop in North America, and HMV in the United Kingdom. The pack includes two new outfits, a U.S. army uniform and battle fatigues for Vito to wear and two vehicles, a jeep similar to a US military Willys MB and a civilian version of the jeep under the Walter name.

Greaser downloadable pack
This pack includes two new Hot rods and a new leather jack plus a leather racing suit. You can get this pack when pre-ordering Mafia II from Best Buy and/or Game UK.

Vegas Pack
Vegas Pack offers two new Vegas-inspired suits for Vito to wear and two new cars.The names of the cars are yet unknown but appear to be an early Citroen DS and a Lincoln Futura.You can get this pack AND the War Hero Pack when pre-ordering from Gamestop/ EBgames. You can also get this pack when pre-ordering from Amazon.co.uk

Renegade Pack
This Pack includes two new leather Jackets for Vito to wear and a new hot rod and sports coupe.You can get this pack when pre-ordering from Amazon.

Made Man Pack
The Made Man Pack offers two new "made man" inspired suits, including a vintage tuxedo for Vito. Also included in the pack is two different luxury cars. The Cossack and the Roller GL300, one is modelled after the 1932 Chrysler Imperial CL Convertible Sedan. This pack is only available in the collector's edition version of the game and the edition of the game ordered from Game UK.

Jimmy's Vendetta will take players into an alternate perspective of the mob through the eyes of Jimmy, a mercenary. Jimmy is the guy the other guys call when they need to finish the job. Jimmy's Vendetta features dozens of intense newly created arcade-style, city-based missions that keep Jimmy driving, shooting and rampaging through Empire Bay. Missions will unlock as they progress, activating a slew of assassination and timed vehicle missions ending in dramatic shootouts and explosive car chases. Players will rack up points for performance, power slides, and skill shots. The scores will be immediately posted to the new leaderboard system, providing extensive re-playability, as players work to rise to the top of the ranks. On the game: DLC Joe's Adventures tells of the adventures of Joe at a time when Vito, the protagonist of the second part, was in prison. Joe's Adventures in the game will add new achievements, new clothes, new roads and new areas. Developers include new buildings in the game, which we are allowed to be visited, such as station, public house and boat station. There will also be expanded to the soundtrack.
